USAGE DISCLAIMER: When using AI, it is important for transparency to portray to your users that content was co-written with the help of Artificial Intelligence. Creators who wish to publish their first-party written content (e.g., a book, compendium of short stories, articles, etc.) created in part with BLACKBEAR AI are permitted to do so under the conditions laid out in our Content Policy.

BLACKBEAR AI, like all artificial intelligence, is not perfect and has many limitations:

- The dataset used to train the AI model does not include any current events, so it will often lack context when referring to any post 2019 news or events.

- The accuracy of the information of all outputs, especially when dealing with any sensitive or critical subject matter, MUST be verified. You are responsible for all of the content you publish, and you must disclose to others when you are using artificial intelligence to help produce your work.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP: You own the copyright to all content you produce that complies with our Content Policy, and you grant an irrevocable, unrestricted, royalty-free license to all content generated by the BLACKBEAR AI platform to us as per the Terms of Use.
